European Spur 17th century
5 pointed rowel. 4 strap mounts. figure 8 terminals. arms of mostly straight form filed into an aggressive wave pattern. Stalk sweeps up dramatically, then down to the rowel. Mounts of S form with a loop on one end which is connected to the spur terminal and a T on the other end to engage a slot in the leather strap.
